My Letter For 'Agony Aunt'

Dear agony Aunt,
I can't stop play DotA. I'm just too good at it. I've been trying to stop my bad habit, but it hard.  When I was trying to stop it, I felt confused. I don't know what I have to do. Most of my friends think I'm too lazy. They tell me I should leave my game world and face the real world. But I'm too relaxed and the time won't stop. I know I was wrong, I have been playing DotA without controling it until I got addicted. But now I want to stop play DotA and graduated from university. Please help me... Thanks
